New Lancer Orientation

NLO is an optional opportunity for incoming 6th graders and New-to-McKnight students and families to learn about the middle school transition. Students will meet classmates, learn about MMS and middle school, tour the building, and play games. Parents will meet administrators and counselors, learn about MMS procedures and expectations, and ensure that they know how to communicate with the school. Please register above.
This day is different from Lancer Day, which is a come-and-go event. Students and families who sign up should plan to stay the entire 3 hours, as there will be activities planned during the entire time. Students may attend with or without families.
