Registration / Clearance
Renton School District families and student-athletes use our online forms and data management service called FinalForms to complete and sign athletic participation for students. The information is saved from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning you do not need to enter the same information more than once. FinalForms also pre-populates a student's information wherever possible, saving you time.
ALL families and student-athletes are required to use FinalForms, and to have an updated physical to register for sports. Registration forms must be completed PRIOR to the first practice to be eligible to participate. You can review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once a year and after any updates. Additionally there are other forms that need to be completed for the student athlete to be cleared for participation.
Click on the Parent Playbook tab to get started in FinalForms. If you need support, scroll to the page bottom and click “Get Help."

Renton School District is committed to the health and safety of our student athletes. Physical exams are valid for up to twenty-four (24) consecutive months BUT cannot expire prior to the final state championship contest in the season that the athlete is registering for. If a student's physical is set to expire before the final state championship contest in the sport they are participating in, the athlete will be required to get an updated physical exam prior to being cleared for participation. Print the required physical form out of FinalForms and take it with you to be signed off by your doctor at the time of the physical exam.
